Millennial mama Support Groups

Hey, mama!

You’re juggling a million things and let’s be real: the mental load of motherhood is A LOT (especially when you’re trying to figure it all out in a world of Insta-perfect highlight reels).

It’s easy to feel alone — like you’re the only one struggling.

That’s where Millennial Mama Support Groups come in.

These aren’t therapy sessions (though I’ve got those too if you need them!)—they’re safe, judgment-free spaces to connect with other millennial moms who get it. No fixing, no preaching, just real talk and real support.

What’s the Difference Between Support Groups and Therapy?

Think of therapy as your one-on-one deep dive with me—a licensed therapist—where we unpack your story and build tools to tackle what’s weighing you down. It’s an in-depth, ongoing relationship with a clinical focus on supporting your mental health needs.

Support groups? They’re more like a cozy group chat with moms in the same boat. I facilitate, but the magic happens in the shared stories, the “me too” moments, and to comfort of knowing you’re not being alone in the chaos. Both are awesome; they just serve different needs.

The best part about support groups? You can join no matter where you live!
Therapy services with me are limited to California residents due to licensing requirements, but support groups do not carry the same restrictions. You can join my virtual support groups from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home, favorite coffee shop, or even nap-trapped in your parked car.

Why Millennial Moms?

Because you’re navigating motherhood with a unique mix of Wi-Fi, existential dread, and “unprecedented times” that our moms and grandmas didn’t experience! Think about it: they had no idea what kind of lunches other moms packed for their kids — the algorithm serves us perfect star-shaped cucumber slices and homemade Pop Tarts before our first sip of coffee.

My groups are designed for you — moms who want connection without the clichés or the pressure to have it all together. Don’t worry about trying to be perfect, come exactly as you are.
