Support Groups

Hey, mama!

The mental load of motherhood is A LOT (especially when you’re trying to figure it all out in a world of Insta-perfect highlight reels). It’s easy to feel alone — like you’re the only one struggling.

That’s where support groups come in.

These aren’t therapy sessions (though I’ve got those too if you need them!).
They’re safe, judgment-free spaces to connect with other millennial moms who get it.

What’s the Difference Between Support Groups and Therapy?

Think of therapy as your one-on-one deep dive.
We unpack your story and build tools to tackle what’s weighing you down. It’s an in-depth, ongoing relationship with a clinical focus on supporting your mental health needs.

Support groups are more like a group chat with moms in the same boat.
I facilitate, but the magic happens in the shared stories, “me too” moments, and comfort of knowing you’re not being alone in the chaos.

Both are awesome; they just serve different needs.

The best part about support groups? You can join no matter where you live!
Therapy services with me are limited to California residents due to licensing requirements, but support groups do not carry the same restrictions. You can join my virtual support groups from anywhere in the world and from the comfort of your home, favorite coffee shop, or even nap-trapped in your parked car.
