It’s so nice to meet you! My name is Lauren and I’m the “Millennial Mama” behind Millennial Mama Therapy.

I’m a mom of two, an eldest daughter with a late ADHD diagnosis (IYKYK), and a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT #133941, PMH-C).

I was a therapist before I became a mom, but didn’t specialize in moms and parent couples until AFTER I became a mom.

Motherhood changed me to my core, and I suspect the same is true for you (which is why you’re probably here — welcome! 💕).

I specialize in working with moms just like me:

  • Wondering if (and how) we’re going to screw up out kids.

  • Navigating our mental health while passing out snacks.

  • Staying up way to late to have a moment for ourselves.

Matrescence is the physical, psychological, and emotional changes you’ll go through after the birth of your child (and it doesn’t end at your 6-week follow up appointment).
