The Break Room

A Support Group for Mamas Who Are Also Providers

You spend your days holding space for patients, clients, birthing people, new moms, and families, and more.

You're the expert everyone calls.

You're trained to support, educate, and care for others through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

And then you come home and you're ALSO a mom.

You hold space at work. You hold space at home. But who holds space for YOU?

The Break Room is YOUR space β€” whether you need a break to rest and recharge, or you're at your breaking point and need someone to help you pick up the pieces.

Because here's the truth: breaks aren't just about rest. Sometimes they're about shattering. And in this space, both are welcome.

In The Break Room, we frequently refer back to kintsugi β€” the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. What's broken doesn't need to be hidden or fixed with duct tape. It becomes more beautiful through the repair.

What This IS

A peer support group where you can show up as a MOM, not a provider.

This is Mama Mess Hall, but specifically for moms who are also perinatal providers and birth workers.

We talk about the same stuff β€” overwhelm, identity loss, partner conflict, mom rage, feeling disconnected from ourselves.

The difference? Everyone in the room gets the unique experience of being both a provider AND a mom.

What This Is NOT

This is not clinical consultation, networking, or a space to pitch your services.

Leave the business cards at the door.

This is for YOU as a mama who happens to be a provider, not you as a provider.

If natural opportunities for professional collaboration occur, absolutely connect outside of group!🫢🏻
