It’s so nice to meet you! My name is Lauren and I’m the “Millennial Mama” behind Millennial Mama Therapy.
I’m a mom of two, an eldest daughter with a late ADHD diagnosis (IYKYK), and a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT #133941).
I was a therapist before I became a mom, but didn’t specialize in moms and parent couples until AFTER I became a mom. Motherhood has changed me to my core, and I suspect the same is true for you (which is why you’re probably here - welcome! 💕).
I specialize in working with moms and parent couples who are like me: doing the best we can with what we have, wondering if we’re going to screw up out kids, navigating our mental health while passing out snacks, staying up way to late to have a moment for ourselves only to regret it when 6am (shockingly) comes around.

In case no one has said it before, welcome about the Matrescence Train! Once you get on, you never get off (and literally NO ONE thought to tell us that before we got on?!).
Matrescence is the physical, psychological, and emotional changes you’ll go through after the birth of your child (and it doesn’t end at your 6-week follow up appointment). Any of the below are totally normal, and I’d love to talk you through it.
