Good Moms Have Bad Days

Some days, motherhood sucks.

Motherhood is hard, and no one warned us about the part where we’d feel unprepared, overwhelmed, or like we’re failing at least once a day. Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like a “bad mom” because you lost it over spilled Cheerios or scrolled TikTok instead of doing the dishes (honestly same, girl.)

Here’s the truth: good moms do have bad days. AND that doesn’t make you any less of a f***ing amazing mom.

Good Moms Have Bad Days is your virtual hangout to ditch the guilt, swap stories, learn coping skills, and lean on other millennial moms who get the struggle.

I’m a therapist who’s all about maternal mental health because of my OWN experiences and challenges in motherhood. It’s maddening that moms don’t have enough access to real, relatable support and this group is one of the ways I’m trying to fix that.

Good Moms Have Bad Days isn’t therapy (though I’ve got that option if you want it later). It’s a 6-week virtual hangout where you’ll get pro-level insight, practical know-how, and peer support from other moms who aren’t here to judge your messy bun or your messy feelings—just to remind you you’re not alone. Join us from wherever you’re at (sweatpants encouraged).

Here’s the Deal

  • What: 6 weeks of psychoeducation and real-talk support, capped at 6 moms for a tight-knit feel. We’ll cover a variety of topics related to perinatal mental health (it starts before pregnancy and never ends!), such as: matrescence, returning to work, balancing all of your needs and identities, relationship shifts, and navigating the minefield of motherhood in the 21st century.

  • When: Round 1 kicks off May 1, 2025, and runs weekly on Thursdays, 9-11am: May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and June 5.

  • Where: Virtual via Zoom—join from your couch, parked car, or closet (no one cares).

  • Why: Because you deserve help, dammit! Whether you don’t know you need it yet or you’re screaming for it, this is your space to feel prepared for the unpreparedness, confident there’s nothing wrong with you for struggling, and hopeful with a solid support crew ready to cheder you on.

  • How: Each 120-minute session has a mix of icebreakers, weekly topics (think “Why Did No One Tell Me About This?!” or “Know the Names, Know the Signs, Know Who to Call”), and a 10-minute “hot seat” to unpack your stuff with group feedback. You’ll get a virtual workbook upfront (print it if you’re fancy), and I’ll send reminders and summaries so you’re never lost.

Who It’s For

  • Millennial moms who want low-lift, high-impact connection—not therapy, but a pro-led yet still relatable space.

  • Mamas who want community, actionable next steps, and maybe a little validation that you’re not alone in the overstimulation.

  • Mamas who are comfortable with a $600 investment (payment plans available) and ready to show up as you are!

Why It Matters

Matrescence is no joke. Millennial motherhood is not your mom’s motherhood. I’m here to make sure you’ve got the tools and the people to navigate it—because there’s hope, there’s support, and you’re killing it—even (especially?) on the bad days.
