Good Moms Have Bad Days

Good Moms Have Bad Days - And That’s OK!

Motherhood is hard, and no one warned us about the part where we’d feel unprepared, overwhelmed, or like we’re failing at least once a day. Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like a “bad mom” because you lost it over spilled Cheerios or scrolled TikTok instead of doing the dishes (honestly same, girl.)

Here’s the truth: good moms do have bad days — and that DOES NOT make you any less of an amazing mom.

Join Good Moms Have Bad Days: Summer Survival — a group coaching program designed to help you navigate motherhood’s messy moments with confidence, community, and practical tools tailored to YOU.

Only 6 spots available! Enroll by June 5, 2025, for the GMHBD: Summer Survival cohort.

Feel Prepared for the Unpredictable This Summer

Motherhood gives you whiplash. Some days, you’re juggling it all; others, you’re barely holding on. If you’re a Millennial mom feeling overwhelmed, guilty, or like you’re “failing,” there is nothing wrong with you. You’re navigating matrescence—the profound transition into and through motherhood that’s as challenging as adolescence but rarely talked about.

Good Moms Have Bad Days (GMHBD): Summer Survival is a 12-week virtual group coaching program designed to help you embrace the ups and downs of summer with your kids. Through six biweekly 2-hour Zoom sessions, optional 1:1 mini coaching, and a supportive community of just 6 moms, you’ll learn to pivot, reset, and gain practical insight from your bad days—without the guilt.

This isn’t about becoming a “perfect” mom. It’s about becoming a good enough mom who feels confident, equipped, and connected, no matter what summer (or life) throws your way.

Is This Program for You?

GMHBD is for Millennial moms who:

  • Feel overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck in the chaos of motherhood.

  • Want practical, personalized strategies to handle summer’s challenges (think meltdowns, travel, or unstructured days).

  • Crave a safe, supportive community to share and problem-solve without judgment.

  • Are ready to invest in themselves with kid-free time for growth and reflection.

  • Can commit to a $999 program (or three $333 payments) to prioritize their well-being.

If you’re excited to find your way through motherhood’s highs and lows, this program is your space to grow.

What You’ll Gain

In GMHBD: Summer Survival, you’ll walk away with:

  • Reduced Guilt: Embrace that “good moms have bad days” and let go of unrealistic expectations.

  • Stronger Coping Skills: Master tools like distress tolerance, mindset shifts, and reset strategies to handle tough moments.

  • A Supportive Community: Connect with 6 other moms who get it, offering peer support and lifelong bonds.

  • Personalized Strategy: Build a plan that works for you and your family, from daily rhythms to navigating transitions.

  • 1:1 Mini Coaching: Get optional 10-minute sessions for tailored feedback and support (first-come, first-served).

Plus, you’ll learn to use your bad days—reflecting on what works and what doesn’t to minimize fallout and keep moving forward.

What We’ll Cover:

Each session builds on the last, blending psychoeducation, practical tools, and group problem-solving:

  • Sessions 1–2: Healthy, Functioning Mom – Define what “healthy” means for you, audit your time/energy, and prioritize self-care.

  • Sessions 3–4: Developing Flexibility – Shift from rigid routines to rhythms, master transitions, and reset during tough moments.

  • Session 5: Implementation – Apply your tools, prep for back-to-school, and tackle solvable vs. unsolvable problems.

  • Session 6: Good Moms Have Bad Days – Revisit self-care, set boundaries, and plan for the school year with confidence.

Each session includes a 10-minute “hot seat” for personalized feedback, ensuring the program works for you.

 FAQs

  • That’s totally fine — life happens! There are no refunds for missed sessions, but you’ll receive post-meeting summaries and workbooks to stay on track. I’ll make accommodations if I need to cancel a session.

  • Optional 10-minute 1:1 sessions are offered on off-weeks via Zoom, booked first-come, first-served through Acuity. They’re perfect for extra feedback or support.

  • No, GMHBD is NOT therapy. It is group coaching focused on psychoeducation and practical strategies. For 1:1 therapy (CA residents only), check out my therapy services!

  • Expect 2 hours every other week for group sessions, plus optional mini coaching and reflection time. You may wish to dedicate other time outside of group and 1:1 coaching sessions to reflect and implement strategies you’re working on, but that’s up to you. You’ll need a kid-free space to focus for our group and 1:1 coaching sessions!
