What is New Mom Crew?

New Mom Crew is an ongoing drop-in support group for mamas in the perinatal stage (conception through 1-2 years after birth).

New Mom Crew is designed to provide moms with a private space to:

  • Make connections with fellow moms

  • Share motherhood challenges and wins

  • Receive and provide peer support

  • Receive psychoeducation about topics relevant to maternal mental health

  • Learn about resources and services available to you in your community

Motherhood can be lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. We’d love to have you join our Crew!

Could I benefit from a support group for new moms?

The answer is likely YES! Support groups are ideal for new mothers who are:

  • Struggling to adjust to the demands of parenthood

  • Feeling overwhelmed or isolated

  • Seeking support in navigating relationship dynamics with partners, family, or friends

  • Looking for a safe space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences as a new mother

New Mom Crew FAQs

  • New Mom Crew meets weekly (unless otherwise noted) from 10am to 12pm on Thursdays at 6228 Filbert Avenue, Suite #1, Orangevale, CA.

That being said, newborns and babies are welcome to join us. Please make yourself comfortable and care for your baby’s needs as necessary during New Mom Crew. We're all mamas here!

As your baby gets older, we will re-evaluate together when it’s time for them to “graduate” from New Mom Crew. Generally, babies are ready to graduate when they become mobile.

Once you're cleared to join New Mom Crew, you'll receive the password to access the New Mom Crew booking page where you can reserve your spot for each meeting you wish to attend.

If we determine that New Mom Crew isn't a right fit for your needs, we'll explore individual therapy, couples therapy, and/or referrals for other services. No matter what, you'll leave the quiz and/or consultation call with options to support your mental, emotional, and relational wellbeing. No mama gets left behind!
